We are helping Metrie transform from being a manufacturer of moulding and millwork to a leading-edge CX company.
Our goal was to transition Metrie from a manufacturer of goods to a customer experience–driven company.
Working in partnership with the c-suite and Deloitte, we were part of a change management team charged with redefining Metrie’s brand identity.
Our work included everything from internal communications, channel tools, website content, and digital strategy to influencer content, designer look books, video content and brand experience design.
